SUMMARY OF JUDGMENT OF QUEEN’S BENCH DIVISION

In a judgment handed down today in the High Court of Justice,
Queen’s Bench Division, Mr Justice Foskett gave rulings on the
limitation issues arising in the group action brought by veterans of the
nuclear tests carried out by the British Government between October
1952 and September 1958.
